From 1984 to 2001, Mrs. Yolanda N. Tajao
was appointed school head.
In 1988, Linga Public
High School became Linga
National High School. In the same year, the salaries of the teachers were nationalized.
At present, the school is under the
management of Mrs. Evangeline P. Gonzaga.
In 2002, a two-storey building was constructed
to cater the needs of its increasing number of students. The following year, a covered court was also constructed. Both constructions were funded by the office of the Provincial Governor, Teresita S. Lazaro.
Thru the effort of the reigning principal,
sufficient equipments and instructional materials was acquired.
Indeed, LNHS is fulfilling its mission of providing access to quality education for everyone
